Have you ever thought about jumping into a small body as we all dreamed of in childhood? If we were to imagine ourselves in a tiny body, it would require a significant shift in our understanding of the world around us. Everyday objects and tasks we take for granted would become challenging, and we would need to develop new skills and strategies to navigate our environment.

Living in a tiny body could also give us a new appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the world. The minor details and objects could become a source of wonder and amazement, and we would need to be constantly curious and observant to survive.

In many ways, experiencing the world in a tiny body would be like living in a different reality, with its unique challenges and opportunities. It would require us to be adaptable, resourceful, and resilient, and it could give us a new perspective on our place in the world.

Based on the story from Mary Norton, this VR project gives the player the perspective of a borrower, a kind of tiny creature that survives by borrowing little things in our daily life. In 2010 Studio Ghibli Turned it into a film - The Secret World of Arrietty. In this experience, the story happened in a children’s room as a children’s room contains much-unexpected fun, and many interactions are possible here.

The concept of experiencing the world in a tiny body like a borrower can be seen as a metaphor for exploring the idea of perspective and its relationship to our experience of the world. Experiencing the world in a tiny body like a borrower can observe the relationship between the individual and the world around us. This concept has been explored by philosophers such as Martin Heidegger, who argued that our relationship to the world around us shapes our world experience. Our understanding of the world is inseparable from our experience of being in it. Experiencing the world in a tiny body studies the nature of perception, knowledge, and our relationship to the world around us. It highlights the importance of perspective in shaping our understanding of reality and our ability to gain knowledge. It raises crucial questions about the limits of human perception and the role of the individual in the larger world.
